Dilworth Elementary: Same Day Transportation Change

When possible, transportation changes should be submitted to the teacher directly via the child’s agenda or a written note. Use the forms to the left only for last minute transportation changes for TODAY when the teacher cannot be contacted. Otherwise, the front office staff is overwhelmed with the volume of notices. Please submit changes by 1:45 PM for the Sedgefield Campus and 2:00 PM for the Latta Campus.

You will receive an automated email that your change has been submitted and then a personal confirmation from the school office that your change has been received by office staff. DO NOT consider your transportation change confirmed until you have received personal acknowledgment from the school office.

Please Note: Children are only allowed to ride home on their assigned CMS buses. Children may not ride home on buses that they are not assigned to by the CMS Transportation Office.

Children who walk or ride bikes will be held in the media center until buses leave the school and the carpool dismissal is finished. This will help us avoid children walking or riding near moving cars.

Your child’s safety is our primary focus. Please help us keep our children safe by adhering to these guidelines. NO CELL PHONE USE WHILE IN THE CARPOOL LANE, PLEASE!
